Creating a Relationship Map

Step 1: List your current relationships in three categories:

• Positive: Supportive and encouraging relationships.

• Neutral: Relationships that don’t impact your recovery significantly.

• Negative: Toxic or enabling relationships.

Step 2: Identify actions to nurture positive relationships, enhance neutral ones, and limit or end negative ones.

Accountability Partners

• Choose someone you trust to act as an accountability partner. This person can check in with you regularly, encourage you, and celebrate your progress.

Networking Goals

• Set a goal to connect with at least one new supportive person each week through a group, event, or activity.
