Reflection:
Holistic recovery isn’t about perfection—it’s about taking care of yourself in ways that feel nourishing and sustainable. The more you support your body and mind through these practices, the stronger and more balanced your recovery will be. So ask yourself: Which of these practices speaks to me the most? What small step can I take today to begin incorporating wellness into my recovery journey?
You have the power to heal—not just from addiction, but in every area of your life. And these holistic tools are here to support you every step of the way.
Guided Meditation:
Releasing What No Longer Serves You & Calling in Your Highest Good
Recovery is more than just letting go of addiction—it’s about stepping into a new version of yourself, one that is whole, empowered, and aligned with your highest good. This guided meditation is designed to help you release what no longer serves you—whether it’s a substance, a habit, a limiting belief, or emotional baggage—and call in what does: strength, clarity, and the life you truly desire.
This practice will help you visualize yourself addiction-free, feeling whole and complete, raising your vibration, and surrounding yourself with positive influences that support your sobriety.
How to Prepare for This Meditation

• Set Your Intention: Take a moment before you begin to acknowledge what you are ready to release and what you are calling in.
• Breathe & Relax: Before pressing play, take a few slow, deep breaths to center yourself. Let go of any tension and allow yourself to be fully present.
• Have a Journal Nearby (Optional): After the meditation, you may want to write down any insights, emotions, or intentions that came up for you.
Now, I invite you to press play and allow yourself to fully engage in this meditation. Trust the process, release what is holding you back, and step into the life you are meant to live.
