Speaker Agreement
By signing below I agree to the following terms:
-- I understand that Prairie Francia will handle all the backend coordination for this event, including designing and building a unique event page that will feature my photo, brief bio, contact links, free gift, and presentation.
-- I agree to provide a 20-40 minute video or audio presentation. The content of this presentation is up to my discretion, and I am encouraged to be creative as long as the presentation aligns with the event theme. I understand that Prairie Francia reserves the right to edit my presentation as she deems necessary to align with the event’s branding, message, or format, including but not limited to adding a themed event intro clip or other visual elements.
-- In consideration of being invited to appear on Sobriety Summit, I grant Prairie Francia (“Hostess”) the right to use, display, and distribute my presentation and any materials I provide (including but not limited to slides, handouts, and recordings) for the purposes of the summit. I understand that Prairie Francia reserves the right to utilize the summit as a whole for future revenue-generating opportunities without financial compensation to me. I retain the right to use my presentation and materials for my own future programs, promotions, and professional activities.
-- During the promotional period, I will share the event at least two times with my email list and, at my discretion, on my social media channels.
-- I understand and agree that I will not receive any monetary compensation for my submission or participation in this event.
-- I confirm that the material I submit is my own. No third party owns or controls the material I submit, and it does not infringe upon the trademark, copyright, moral rights, intellectual property rights, or rights of privacy of any entity or person.
-- I release Prairie Francia from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with the creation, production, reproduction, processing, exhibition, distribution, publishing, and transmission by any means or otherwise using the materials I submit or my participation in this event.
